WGU Missouri, the state’s only fully online, competency-based university, is pleased to announce that Jessica Denham, of Creve Coeur, has joined the organization as Public Relations Manager. With more than 12 years of public relations and communications experience, Denham will work to promote the university and its 50+ undergraduate and graduate degree programs to the media, employers, educators, prospective students and the community at-large.
Prior to joining WGU Missouri, Denham served as an account manager with the American Red Cross, where she was responsible for managing and implementing the diversity blood donor program in Missouri and Illinois. Denham also spent six years at BJC HealthCare, developing and implementing community engagement programs. Her previous experience also includes serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager at JD Group Management, managing and executing North American marketing and communications initiatives for the company. Denham holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from DePaul University.
