8/31/2018 – Janelle Lee Appointed to WGU Missouri Advisory Board

WGU Missouri has announced the appointment of Janelle Lee to the WGU Missouri Advisory Board. As a private, nonprofit institution established by the state of Missouri, WGU Missouri works in partnership with its parent institution, Western Governors University, and under the guidance of the state advisory board. The Advisory Board is comprised of individuals who reside in Missouri and provide counsel on the most effective ways the university can meet the core mission of economic development in the state.

Lee serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Mosaic Life Care, which is an innovative health care organization that is committed to providing the best and safest care, while creating a warm, inviting environment for patients, family members and caregivers.

The hospital’s nationally recognized life-care model combines traditional health care and a focus on key life elements that affect overall wellness.

Lee has nearly 15 years’ experience in the hospital and health care industry, with a focus in human resources, organizational development, nursing education and health care operations. As Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Mosaic Life Care, she in charge of developing strategies and overseeing  the implementation of processes and programs that include talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, well-being, recognition, engagement, leadership development, succession planning, career pathing and change management across the enterprise.

Lee, who resides in St. Joseph, holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
