Blues fans will have the rare opportunity to meet Blues Defensemen Alex Pietrangelo and Carlo Colaiacovo
East St. Louis, Ill., Feb. 9, 2012 – St. Louis Blues Defensemen Alex Pietrangelo and Carlo Colaiacovo won’t be on the ice Wednesday, Feb. 15. Instead they’ll be at SEVENS Sports Lounge at the Casino Queen to interact with fans and sign autographs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Fans are invited to the Casino Queen for a chance to meet the Blues players and are encouraged to bring an item to have autographed.
“At SEVENS, we work to give our patrons the ultimate sports-viewing experience,” said Jeff Watson, general manager of the Casino Queen. “Having Alex Pietrangelo and Carlo Colaiacovo in person at the sports lounge will help further that experience and bring the game to life for Blues fans.”
Fans must be 21 and older to attend the event. On Blues game days, SEVENS offers fans a free shuttle to and from Scottrade Center and serves up happy hour specials seven days a week. Or, for patrons looking for a place to watch the game, the sports lounge features a 14-foot-wide by 8-foot-tall retractable screen, four 70” HD LED flat screen TVs and a video wall.
