Kayla is a senior at the University of Missouri – Columbia (Mizzou) where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in strategic communication. She is also earning a minor in both business and French. Kayla brings previous experience serving as a communications intern with the Heart of Missouri CASA, and a staff member at Mizzou’s Matchbook Marketing Agency. She also currently serves as the director of public relations and marketing for Letters of Love Mizzou and as photography chair for her sorority. Kayla is excited to continue developing her skills and gaining real-world experience alongside The Hauser Group staff. In her free time, Kayla loves to travel and bake new recipes.

Kiera Monaco

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Kiera joined The Hauser Group as a member of the finance team in December 2022. A licensed CPA, she started her career in the public accounting industry in Chicago, sharpening her skills at one the nation’s top four accounting firms. She will put that experience to use as she takes an active role in the day-to-day management of The Hauser Group’s financial operations.
